I ordered .50ct diamond earrings . They were very nice for the price. They sparkle and have descent clarify. However they colt is off just a little. A very slight "grey" color. I plan on keeping them and I am happy w/ the purchase.

I order a gift a week before the Mother's day, based on the website info, this gift will be delivered before Mother's day. But the product did not arrive on Mother's day. Check the USPS tracking site, it looks like the package is in the post office, they were unable to deliver due to the shipping label. I wrote to Szul customer support. The reply back was you need to contact the Post Office yourself, we printed all label correctly, No apology in the email reply. As if the custom support doesn't care on why the gift did not deliver on time. Few days later, the USPS delivered the product. From My point of view, the custom support did a very poor job on helping the customer on tracking down the package. And the reply message was like a machine, no human touch. How can you retain customer with this type of service? Huge disappointment on the customer support team on my experience!!!! I shoped on different websites: Amazon, Bluenile, etc, never experience anything like the way I experience with Szul's customer support team.
