It said would arrived gift boxed. They didn't.

Prices kind high except sale prices. Especially if not gift box is provided. Fine jewelry needs fine packaging.

Had concerns but promptly addressed...

The initial shipment was not complete...and I received no notice that it would be 'shipped short'. Only received a packing slip that was hand-marked as 'backorder'. Upon contacting customer service, they assured me that the item was expected soon and would be shipped out immediately upon receipt. They kept their promise, so I give customer service high marks. I would recommend an advance note when this occurs so the consumer is kept aware of the order status.

Poor quality diamond

The quality of the diamond was less than advertised. I mailed it to Szul over a week ago for return and have not yet received information confirming the return.

Disappointed in shipping and communication

The ring was pretty, but the shipping was awful. The original 5-7 business days came and went, with no ring or tracking number. I contacted Customer Service and was told that they would ship the ring out that day and expedite it to 2-3 days. I never received a tracking number and still did not receive the ring for another 5 days. When it did arrive, it came by FedEx, who left a note on my door that said a signature was required. If I had known that in advance and had a tracking number, someone could have been home to receive it.

Poor Service

I needed an engagement ring, bought it with expedited shipping and Szul missed my time before I had to leave to give he ring to my sweetheart. I was one of the worst days of my life. NEVER NEVER again would I buy from SZUL. Refunded my shipping but that did not help!
