I was very happy with your prices and quality. I only have two complaints. One is that my order was delayed when I was told that it couldn't be processed because the Shipping address didn't match the address on the credit card, even though the billing address matched. It was easily resolved with a phone call, but it seems a little over zealous. Order processing was slow. Paid extra to upgrad to 2-3 day express mail and it still took a full 6 business days to receive my order. What was the point of that? Took 2 full business days before my order was shipped.

Your website needs revision. Free shipping was not included on the checkout page. I had to call customer service. You do not allow the correct name to be put on a gift. Need better summary before hitting paypal to pay. Once paypal is selected, no chance to add a note that it is a gift- no summary- deal done. Need to fix that glitch.

Great selection, and great prices! I was very pleased with the prices and selection of fine jewelry available. I ordered and free shipping was available for the amount I spent ( which is always a plus) and it was delivered in plenty of time for Christmas! It was delivered and a signature was required for acceptance from the post office, I was pleased with my overall experience and will order again in the future.

I hesitate to order jewelry on line because I like to see what I am getting, but this was definately a great experiennce and the ring was exactly what I wanted for my daughter.
