It came late no because Szul did any wrong doing, but I put my address incorrectly. I changed it then email them to let them know. It was back almost instantly. This was over the top. I have had refunds before, but never someone resending a package for something I did wrong. Plus the necklace was so well priced I don't know why I have been buying from anyone else.

I was very happy with your prices and quality. I only have two complaints. One is that my order was delayed when I was told that it couldn't be processed because the Shipping address didn't match the address on the credit card, even though the billing address matched. It was easily resolved with a phone call, but it seems a little over zealous.
