Called customer service when I received the broken necklace & was told a new one would be sent out as well as a return label for the broken one but still haven't seen anything. It's been a week.

the quality of the jewelry are varied. some of them are pretty and looks high class while other stones are ugly with no shine at all. had to return some of them.
