More than I expected!

Great site, easy to use and the pictures don't do the items justice. They are much more beautiful in person. I will shop with Szul forever now! Love the prices, love the quality, and love wearing my new jewelery.

Great customer service.

Ordered 2 items, only received 1, called customer sevice on Friday,they said, would send missing piece. Received it on the following Monday!! Thats customer service!

I have received the most dainty bracelet from Szul that one can only imagine, but until you receive this bracelet, you cannot imagine it. The Sapphires are dainty,as well as the diamonds with the Sapphires. I am very much a happy customer, thank you Szul!!

I'm a confused customer and may shop again.

I called customer service and discussed the lack of color in the pendant. I made a request to send the pendant back and exchange it for one with more color. I was assured this would be fine and that a shipping package with label would be mailed to me that day. I'm still waiting.
