I purchased this for my soon to be wife and our wedding was in four days. The necklace came on time but unfortunately the sales agents charged my card six times which ultimately put my credit card over its limit and I was unable to use my car for an entire week during our wedding and honeymoon. After making seven or eight phone calls to your billing department I finally gave up after spending several hours trying to resolve the situation.
A beautiful gift at a terrific price.

I had no communication that my order shipped or a way of tracing it. I did, however, receive it a week after placing the order.

Diamond ring FINALLY came in and it had a obvious blemish in the stone. I returned it. This cost me $80 dollars to ship and insure. Szul told me i never asked for packing list. So they apparently were going to reimburse me $20 dollars for the mishap. I still haven't seen the 20 dollars. I asked customer service time and time again to update me on the status of my wife's ring. They told me they would keep me updated and send me tracking information when the ring shipped. They never sent me anything. My wife just called and Szul sent my ring to our place without a signature. It was just sitting in the mail box in a envelope. Pretty shady. This ring was 1250 dollars. These guys have no consideration for your item or your money. Total rip off. I plan on getting my money back. This should be fun. If this company honored there word i would have been more than happy to write a good review.

At least getting an automated response email to let me know that customer service will be looking at my email would give some peace of mind.
