Not happy. Gift was supposed to be for my bride the day of the wedding. But the shipment didn't come in enough time. I paid for 2 day delivery and it never was sent 2 day delivery, just first class mail. Fraud.

overall experience was great, the customer service was awesome!!! An online purchase for over $2000 is a little nerve racking, but we are extremely happy with our wedding ring set, and would recommend Szul if you're on a budget

The site does not describe the jewelry properly. The stones rarely are of the AA+ quality they describe. The description does not fit the jewelry. Be ready to pay for return shipping. I'm embarrassed to wear it or give it as a present. Looks like I bought it at the dollar store. They no longer offer free shipping unless you buy %50 worth of jewelry. No more great deals.

The order summary is not so easy for me to check the overall records, as I have to click the Item No. one by one to know what on earth they are. Is it possible to summerize everything under the Order No. so that we can look through everything simply by clicking one order number?

The customer service is just fine, I have already returned both of my orders, and just waiting for the refund, but I hope it won't happen again, at least please send the same quality diamond as what you described on your website!
