I did not receive my original order as expected - was missing an item - called customer service and they remedied the situation - no questions asked - very nice!

So far all I got was sorry for the inconvenience. What good is having a guarantee if you don't do anything about it when its does not arrive on time. I haven't heard anything back since the arrival of the ring.

A little upset I had requested a card to be placed in the boxes and was told there was not a problem with that and there was not a card. These was sent a gifts to the same address and they had to call to find out who got what.
