I purchased a Deal of The Day that clearly stated "FREE SHIPPING". Then when I went to check out, I was charged $2.00 for shipping. VERY DISAPPOINTED in this misleading ad. Called Customer Service who simply said shipping is free only if over $50. That was NOT stated in window for Deal of the Day. I truly believe I should have the shipping cost refunded - even though it is just $2.00. Szul needs to address this.

I will try to exchange for correct size and advise after that experience! That will determine if I buy from you again! Also, I paid by PalPal on May 16 and did not receive until May 25!! PayPal is a 'sure thing' so should have been shipped immediately and received soon after! (My opinion! You asked!)

The customer services was absolutely wonderful. I shipped my order to an undeliverable address, and the Szul customer service team with there communicating with me every step of the way. Told me what I needed to do to reship the iteam, and kept in contact every step of the way. And the product is just want I expected. Will shop here again.
