I had to call into customer service because the Facebook coupon was not being accepted in check out. She was very friendly, took down all the coupon info, verified it with management, and placed the order. It came within 3 days! It's very bright and sparkly - LOTS of sparkle! But I do think the soldering between the bangles could be a little cleaner. It's not awful since it's on the inside and it's not enough for a return, just want to point that out to the makers. Overall - very happy customer

I was so happy with my experience with the ordering of my ring..then when I made a mistake and had the wrong size..they quickly instructed me on how to send it back then within a few days I received it back in perfect shape in the perfect size! Thank you so much for a great delivery and great service! I would do this all over again!

Well...first, it's not a GENUINE Swarovski product, it's just Swarovski element.Sencond, the quality of the product is not so good coz the hook isn't tight enough to hold the main stone. I bought it on sale, so I think well...that's why it's on sale.

Great site but there always seems to be some glitches in the goods, but they do work with you when you report the issue. 2 ctw black diamond studs for under $200 is a great deal!!!
