I ordered 3 items. After more than a week, I had not received any notification of shipment, however my card had been charged. I emailed Customer Service twice before I received a reply. The reply very politely explained that one of the items was out of stock thus the delay. Items were then promptly shipped Priority Mail at no extra cost.

Couldn't beat this deal, wish I bought more, the purple wasn't as purple as I thought though, at first I thought I accidentally received the pink, but overall I was happy with the order.
