Not very satisfied with product. I ordered 2 items, one was a little smaller than expected and the other one was damaged. I openned the elephant pendant box and the elephants tail had fallen off. I wasn't sure what that piece was at first. I realize that it is a delicate item, But i didn't expect to receive it in that condition. I decided to keep it and buy something else for the person it was intended for.
