Item was small then expected and silver chain was tangled. Szul could do a better on packing to avoid chains getting damaged.

The site works well; ordering process is easy; the photos are inaccurate as to color in every item that I ordered so I assume this is site-wide (and that is with viewing items on several different computers/devices, not just one). They make the colors look richer than they actually are in the products.

Experience was decent. I was disappointed in the delay and having to choose another color but at least they gave me that option, which was nice.

Promised item would be shipped next day for arrival by Dec. 22. Item was not shipped till Dec. 21. which meant arrival was late and my wife did not get the earrings till after Christmas.

The only thing I fell that could be better is to get paper work stating that the rubies are real and not Lab created. Other than that I love the rubies and so does my mother whom they were a gift to.
