Only real oddity was that I got a shipping update days AFTER the product arrived. It suggested a delay in shipping with a different carrier.

THE COLOR OF THE BEADS WAS NOT WHAT WAS REPRESENTED IN THE PICTURE. I WAS TOLD I COULD RETURN THEM BUT AS THEY WERE GIFT FOR A B-DAY AND VAL. DAY THERE WAS NOT ENOUGH TIME TO DO SO. THE QUALITY LOOKS GREAT AND THE SERVICE DEPT PROMPT RESPONSES WAS VERY GOOD BUT JUST DISAPPOINTED THAT THEY WERE NOT RED AND BLACK AS DEPICTED IN SALES E-MAIL. I WILL MOST LIKELY TRY AGAIN TO DO BUSINESSS WITH YOU ALL GOD BLESS DESRA LINDEMANN

It is very good. But the picture online look very large, but the received item seem smaller than the scale online. It make us a little confusion.
