Order promised in time for Valentine's Day. It came UPS and our neighborhood delivery doesn't come until early evening. It was delivered by Feb 14, though.

Paid for Valentines delivery . Arrived the day after . Called and you credited my account for the delivery charge . I have not received my promised "free gift" yet . Can't blame you for the P.O. slow delivery . Just placed another order a few minutes ago !

The website shopping experience was generally good. Items were displayed fairly well and discriptions were good and helpful. The only problem was with the delivery of the order which was after the date by which it was guaranteed to arrive.
