I think the color in the pictures is darker than real products for both products I bought. I really like the boxes! Will consider Szul in the future if I need to buy a gift.

Customer Service is always great. Shipping is pretty fast even when using free shipping, and their website is really easy to use and maneuver around. And they have the best sells ever. The products themselves are a mixed bag. Some pieces (even inexpensive ones)are beautiful, even better than what is seen on the website while other pieces are a disappointment (stones cut too thin-no depth) but I've never tried to return anything.

I love my ring-the only negative aspect is that it took longer than I expected to receive it. Perhaps due to my impatience?

The site is easy to navigate with wonderful pictures. Unfortunately, I want to return my ring because of sizing issues and I'm having a lot of difficulty. It has not been a smooth process. Customer service is nice on the phone but just no follow through.
