I called customer service 2 times and emailed them once with no response my parcel went to the right address but with the wrong name attached. I called and emailed as soon as I got my order conformation email so they had plenty of time to contact me or email me and correct the name. Very disappointed with customer service as they still have not called me back to see if the parcel actually got to me or not.

I didn't have to contact Customer Service for the ring...I did try to call as I had a question about sizes but they were not in at the time & I ordered anyway!

delighted with quality and price of my first purchase of the blue topaz prendant. the stone in the sapphire pregnant was a disappointment,i have it away.the sapphire earrings were good Though. i will keep looking for things on your site though. prices are great.

Received ring missing a small diamond. Called and they shipped another immediately...arriving in a few days. Return label included for the defective ring. VERY PROFESSIONALLY HANDLED! Will continue to order from you! Nice job!
