Szul guarantees 60 days wear-and-tear repairs for all its merchandise. We promise to return your repaired merchandise within 7-10 business days.
For all repairs please follow the simple steps mentioned below.
Contact customer service
For return services, please contact our customer service representatives
at firstname.lastname@example.org or (800) 332-4382. Please have your order number ready for the representative when calling with such requests.

Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (EST)
Receive a repair authorization number
Our agent will provide you with a repair authorization number for your repair. This number allows you and us to track your merchandise while it is in the repair process. Please be sure to write this number on your shipping label. We will not be able to accept your merchandise for repairs without this number.
Send merchandise via insured shipment
Please send the packaged item via insured USPS Priority Mail Service. This will protect you in case the package is damaged or lost in transit.
Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping items to Szul and for return shipping charges.

Receive repaired merchandise
We will make every effort to process all repair-related requests within 7-10 business days. Please note there is no charge for shipping the repaired merchandise back to you. All repairs are shipped via insured FedEx shipments.
