Received wrong item, Szul made it right

I received the wrong item and was concerned about the amount of time it would take to receive the replacement. I ordered the earrings 3 weeks in advance of when I needed them. I called Customer Service on Aug 9 and based on our conversation (I was unwilling to pay for expedited shipment since the error wasn't on my part), wasn't too sure I'd get the replacement order in time. Much to my surprise, the replacement order was yesterday.

You get what you pay for

Order eas in time and complete. I would suggest that the poor quality of the stones in this group ( emeralds) would be better removed from your selection rather than tarnishing your reputation, Even at this moderate price point.

It is missing an Emerald I sent an email to customer service and they did not respond back. Haven't tried the 800 number will try that next. The order took a lot longer than other orders to arrive.

Please contact me and let me know what to do in order to replace this ring.

Not happy

Almost a 5 year customer. Had product. The relative scale in mm was hard to compare to as it is more common to compare using US measuing units. The chip of emerald was to smell even for a little girls necklace. The chain was very flimsy. When I asked for return I got it but not without problems. Since I outlined the nature of my complaint to your customer service rep I assumed incorrectly that it wood be full satisfaction. I had to pay shipping and insurance for what I didnt like! I was quoted the standard response twice vs asking a supervisor after my first complaint about paying for the return. A missed opportunity. I will look to other line jewelers now. What I got looks " nothing like what I got. Maybe an 1/8" tell and less wide.

We did not contact with a previous order, but the catch didn't hold and the bracelet fell off on three occasions--but luckily made a noise hitting the floor. The part of the catch that slides in didn't stay and we had to pinch the clasp that goes over that to tighten it and make it secure. We have three items from Szul and so far, so good. Maybe you could check that type of clasp on bracelets before shipping.
