Szul's sweepstakes is open to all legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States
who are 18 years of age or older.
To Enter
Beginning Jun 16, 2009 (12:01 a.m. EST) through Aug 31, 2009 (11:59 PM EST), ("Sweepstakes
period"), you can enter the "Pendant" with our online entry form.
Online Method: To enter via the Internet, visit http://www.szul.com. Complete the
entire online entry form provided on the site and submit it during the entry period.
Online entrants must complete the entire online entry form in order to be eligible.
One entry per person, per household, per email address is allowable.
Conditions
All eligible entrants must enter their sweepstakes form using the online methods
described above. Incomplete entries will be considered void. By entering Szul's
sweepstakes, participants acknowledge compliance with these official rules including
all eligibility requirements. Online entrants must be the registered subscribers
of the email account by which the entry is made. All entries become the property
of the sponsor and will not be returned. Neither Szul, its affiliates, subsidiaries,
divisions, advertising and promotion agencies, nor any telephone network or service
providers are responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information,
or for any interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network,
or problems relating to computer equipment, software, inability to access any web
site or online service, or any other error or malfunction, or illegible entries.

The sweepstakes offer consists of one (1) genuine Pendant, to be given as
a prize at the end of the sweestakes period.
Eligibility
This sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States,
who are 18 years of age or older. Employees and their immediate families and household
members of Szul their affiliates, subsidiaries, parent companies, divisions, advertising
and promotion agencies, and retailers and their respective employees are not eligible.
Results
The results for the sweepstakes shall be established by random drawing on Sep 1,
2009 (The winner will be informed individually by email the following day).
Shipping
After contacting the winner and obtaining his or her shipping address, Szul will
immediately ship the Pendant via FedEx Second Day service.
General
This sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, and local
laws. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Participant consents to the use
of his/her name, biographical information, photographs and/or likeness for advertising
and publicity purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited.
Participant agrees that the sponsor, its affiliates, their respective agencies and
employees shall not be liable for injury, loss or damage of any kind resulting from
participating in this promotion or from the acceptance or use of any gifts awarded.
US law governs these sweepstakes rules. Sponsor will not enter into correspondence,
including email, with any participant.
